What Resources Do We Provide?

ADGG PAC fosters member dialogue about political representation, and orchestrates participation of the African Diaspora in the political process, including testifying before legislative and regulatory bodies, writing op-eds, blogs, articles and letters to elected officials and policy makers, in order to influence opinion and public policy.  We also work with coalition partners and other civil society organizations to highlight the unique needs and enhance the independent voice of the African Diaspora.  To this regard, we provide the following resources below - please click on the title headings to be linked to selected resource:

Ask for Your Absentee Ballot or Mail-in Vote

Did you know that one of the ways Americans are disenfranchised is by denying them access to adequate polling stations or educating them about the availability to vote by mail?  Your friends and neighbors are already doing this -- do not be denied your opportunity to cast your vote in every election.  Waiting until the eve of an election only to find out that your boss has scheduled you to work, or that the nearest polling station has moved is detrimental to your voting right.  Get your absentee ballot today and cast your vote today -- Do Not Wait !

Find Your Federal Elected Officials

Do you know your member of Congress or what legislation they've sponsored, or how they voted on key bills?

Find Your State Elected Officials

Have you ever wondered which elected officials represent you in your State's Legislature?  Ever wondered how to look up information on important bills being considered in your state, or discover how your representatives are voting?

Register & Vote in Your State

Talk is cheap - Action is everything.  African Diaspora cannot watch from the sidelines - waiting for others to fight on its behalf.  Therefore, we call on all members who are of age and can vote, to register to vote in all upcoming elections - be it a presidential or gubernatorial election.

Stand Up and Be Counted

The 2020 Census is underway – make sure you’re counted.   Even if you are an undocumented immigrant, if you live in the USA, you must be counted as part of the census !  Your information will not be shared with law enforcement agencies.  Your participation helps determine the distribution of political power and money from the federal government to your local communities, no matter where you live in America.
